1. Introduction

By accessing and using this website and the services of Mithoo Design, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients and users of our site and services.

2. Services

Mithoo Design offers freelance services including (but not limited to):

Branding and visual identity

Web design and development
Packaging design
Digital content creation
Creative consulting

Project details, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal before work begins.

3. Payments & Pricing

A deposit is required to begin most projects (usually 50%).

Full payment is due upon project completion or before final files are delivered.
All pricing is in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Revisions

Each service package includes a limited number of revisions (as defined in your agreement). Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Mithoo Design retains ownership of all working files and drafts. Final approved designs become the property of the client after full payment. Use of unpaid work is not permitted.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the creative nature of design services, payments are non-refundable once work has started. Cancellations must be made in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals as required to complete the project. Delays caused by client inaction may affect delivery time.

8. Confidentiality

All private materials and business information shared will be treated as confidential unless otherwise authorized.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mithoo Design is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of designs or content provided, including losses related to advertising or business performance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
